I never knew I was a raw seafood lover until I tasted this Thai oyster recipe.

This oyster recipe is really just a sauce recipe.
The sauce is called “nam prik plah.”
Combined with lime juice, it blends PERFECTLY with the raw oyster.
You need a mortar and pestle to truly mash up these ingredients.

If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, you can get away with mashing anywhere.
To bring out all the flavors, you’ll want to get it mashed up pretty good though.
Then you put mix the fresh raw oyster in with this and you’ll end up with this hippie looking dish you see below.

The hippy part is the blocks of Himalayan Salt.
The keto part is the avocado.

After you mash the chilis and garlic, combine them in a bowl with the lime juice and sauce.

- Oyster (fresh and raw), 200 grams
- Large Avocado
- Himalayan or Sea Salt (to taste), 1 gram
- Fish Sauce, 22 grams
- Lime Juice (fresh squeezed), 30 grams
- Culantro (cilantro works as substitute), 25 grams
- Shallots (or small red onion), 20 grams
- Coriander, 20 grams
- Chili Flakes, 10 grams
- Garlic (fresh), 15 grams
