Keto Resources

This post may contain affiliate links. You can read our affiliate policy here.

I wanted to create a page that includes all the products that make a proper ketogenic diet possible, to all the tools I use and need to produce content on this blog. I’ll start with the low carb Thai food ingredients we rely on for our Thai Keto recipes. And I’ll add my top kitchen tools as I expand my cooking skillzz. If you have any questions about any of these products I’d be glad to help, so feel free to send me a message from our contact page!

Top Keto Supplement Products

Perfect Keto manufactures some of the highest quality health products I’ve tried. For things like MCT Oil powder or collagen supplements, Perfect Keto is perfect. The best part about them is that they’re geared directly to those on a ketogenic diet. For that reason, I’m a fan of theirs and am happy to share my favorite products that have helped me and thousands of others. I’ll start with my top 3 Perfect Keto products:

Keto Collagen:

There is a strong reason why I suggest to my friends and family to eat bone broth a few times a week. And why I eat bone broth every single day and even feed it to my dogs. The collagen. For weeks when I’m super busy and can’t make bone broth, I use this.

Collagen has a full amino acid profile and is the most important structural protein in your body. However, it’s largely absent from the average person’s daily diet. Perfect Keto Collagen is the first keto-friendly protein powder that provides complete collagen recovery.

Perfect Keto Micro Greens:

14 servings of 26 fruits and veggies per scoop, including MCTs. And ZERO carbs. It’s a perfect greens powder for a ketogenic diet. This micronutrient greens powder is top notch! Before I always used Amazing Grass and Organifi greens powders (those don’t include MCT oil powder). Now I have a third high-quality superfood green juice powder to choose from.

MCT Oil Powder:

Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder uses acacia fiber and has ZERO fake ingredients. Acacia fiber is a gut-friendly probiotic that doesn’t spike your blood sugar, something that many other MCT powders with unnatural fillers found unfortunately do. For this reason, I am a fan of this Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder.

I personally do not take exogenous ketones, but I have tried and loved the Chocolate Sea Salt one. If you’re looking for exogenous ketones, Perfect Keto make some tasty ones.

Keto Thai Food Recipes Ingredients

The following will give you everything you need in order to cook authentic low carb Thai food at home. Thanks to Amazon.com, and because Thai food is super popular in the states, almost all the ingredients are really easy to find. If you can’t find an ingredient at your local Asian market or the grocery store, then you can probably find it online.. even fresh kafir leaves.

I’ll start off with the sauces we use: coconut aminos, sometimes liquid aminos, oyster sauce, and mushroom sauce.

When it comes to tamarind sauce, you can use either fresh or dried tamarind fruit. It’s easier when you use a paste. That’s why I recommend using tamarind paste for the tamarind sauce.

Next, the powders, rubs, and oils.

Thai Chili Paste (also called Thai Curry Paste) is essential for authentic low carb Thai home cooking. There is both a red and green one we use a lot of. The same exact brand that is used everywhere here in Thailand can be found on Amazon. It’s the Mae Pranom brand with the picture of the Thai lady on the front.

Also included in this list are the masala powder used for the Hinlay Curry, coconut palm sugar used for the pork liver larb recipe, and the coconut milk we use as if it’s water:)

Galangal is another that may be difficult to find locally. For this reason, we have them listed here where you can find online both dried and fresh galangal.

And then lastly, the stevia and kafir lime leaves. Kafir is a very hearty plant. You can tell just by looking at the skin of an actual kafir lime. These things are tough, and the leaves are thick and strong. For this reason, I see it make total sense to find these leaves online. They can totally be bought and shipped and still fresh enough to use right then and to store for future use.

We use stevia sweetener made from freshly brewed dried stevia leaves. It’s nice to be able to attain these easily as well because they’re not so easy to find at the local grocery store.

Kitchen Tools

A mortar and pestle made out of granite is one of our main go-to tools when cooking low carb Thai dishes.

Tip: You can use the pestle to sharpen your cooking knife.
