Whether trying to lose weight, bulk up or battle an autoimmune disorder, we’re all unique. I believe that food is medicine and that each of us is on our own personal health journey.
The ketogenic diet, when done properly, is a great nutritional tool for weight loss or for managing blood sugar, for example. But at the end of the day, no one diet should be a blanket solution for anybody. We all have different genotypes (endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph), as well as genetic makeups and ancestry. These are all reasons that point to individual differences for optimal nutrition. From the Mediterranean diet to the ketogenic diet to Paleo and gluten-free ways of living, I enjoy learning all about nutrition and other healthy lifestyle topics that range from biohacking and meditation to blogging and online business.
