When you're on a Paleo diet plan, you avoid common food such as grains and legumes. The Paleo "caveman" Diet is a return to our pre-agricultural days, and it is making millions of people a lot healthier. It's a return to our ancestor's Paleolithic Age style of eating.

Paleo diets include a lot of fish, meat, nuts and vegetables. As well as avoidance of the following:

  • No legumes
  • No dairy
  • No soy
  • No grains
